Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms apply when you install or use any Ivrola app on a Shopify store. By installing an app you agree to them, together with the app's privacy policy and Shopify's own terms.

The apps

Our apps run inside Shopify. We work hard to keep them correct and available, and we design them to step aside rather than block your checkout if something goes wrong. Still, we provide them "as is": please test your settings in your store, and check that each app fits your business before you rely on it.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed by Shopify, in Shopify's billing cycle, on your Shopify invoice.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges; Shopify's billing rules apply to the current cycle.
  • We'll announce price changes in advance, as Shopify requires.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the rules and messages you set up in our apps and for making sure they follow the laws that apply to your store. Don't use our apps for anything unlawful or to discriminate against customers unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ivrola isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering an app with reasonable notice; we'll never charge for a period in which an app wasn't available.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions: support@ivrola.com.
